That’s an easy one. I have worked as a therapist for many years and the last few years I have researched and trained in making my own products to sell. This is a big passion of mine and I love to do this. I have decided I would like to design and sell my own recipes I create and I hope you will all love them as much as i do.

Fab place to go, really knowledgable and in-depth. I have had various treatments there from sports massage to acupuncture and treatment for my sciatic nerve pain. Hayley and Claire are lovely, welcoming and really passionate about what they do. So if it’s relaxation or rehabilitation you need then this is the place for you!!
